Founders’ Day is taking place on Wednesday, November 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chelsea Hotel, 33 Gerrard Street West. Tickets are $85 per person and include a three-course meal. Please RSVP by purchasing your ticket by Tuesday, November 19:

Starter: Red pepper and sweet potato bisque

Main: Baked chicken supreme filled with chèvre, pine nuts and arugula, tomato and olive salsa

OR

Baked Magi pepper with chick peas, onions, tomato, olives and Moroccan spices with couscous (vegan/vegetarian)

Dessert: Milk chocolate and salted caramel tart with Lavazza coffee and specialty teas

The Chelsea Hotel can be conveniently reached from both College and Dundas Stations. Onsite parking is $3 per hour.
