A very BIG thank you to our very own Pansy Queen Michelle Mercer for hosting a beautiful Pansy Appreciation Brunch on Sunday, April 21. Michelle always puts so much time and thought into hosting this brunch — which is really an immersive Pansy experience!
Anyone who has been to Michelle’s home knows why she has earned the name “Pansy Queen”. From the countless decor pieces (throw blankets, ottoman, framed photos, bathroom accessories, and so much more, all decked out in pansies), to the brunch itself with various drinks in her iconic Pansy wine glasses or Pansy tea cups, to appetizers, main courses and desserts on Pansy plates with Pansy napkins, topped off with a raffle of Pansy items to support Dorothy Cody Fund, this is definitely a highlight of our programming year.
Thank you to the members who came in person and virtually to celebrate all the hard work of our volunteers this past year, and to officially instate our new incoming officers. We also had the pleasure of having 3 potential legacies join us for the afternoon of fun. For those that couldn’t make it, the executive team sends their heartfelt thanks for all that you have done this past year for our chapter, and we hope to see you soon!
