Tri Delta challenges in its Brave & Bold Dialogues, but also consoles in advising us that we don’t have to figure it out all at once, today, this year, right now. Seeking diversity, equity, and inclusion is a journey. And like all journeys, it’ll have hills and valleys, with new vistas enticing is on and roadblocks hiccupping our progress.
