Hello everyone,

I’m pleased to share that we raised $120 from the raffle at the AGM in support of Julliette’s Place. In addition, we contributed another $100 from our account. Margaret Haynes, one of the directors, recommended purchasing gifts for the women, as these are distributed for birthdays. Following their suggestion, I bought 11 Shoppers Drug Mart gift cards.

The alumnae chapter has proudly supported Julliette’s Place (Homeward Family Shelter) for more than 25 years.

Julliette’s Place is a safe space for women experiencing abuse to gather their thoughts, come to terms with their current situation, and begin the process of planning their and their children’s future.
