In 2026, we will hold elections for our executive positions: President, Vice-President, and Treasurer. While committee members are appointed rather than elected, you are welcome to submit nominations for these roles as well.

The committees include Secretary, Membership, Social, Philanthropy, Social Media, Alum/Collegiate Relations, Dorothy Cody, Database, Circle Ceremonies, House Corp Representative, and Monthly Newsletters. If you are interested in chairing or joining any of these committees, please email me. No prior experience is required, as you will receive mentorship and training for your role.

While anyone can nominate or be nominated, only dues paying members are eligible for these positions. However if you or a sister would like to play bigger role in alumnae chapter programming, you can be nominated as long as your dues are paid by the annual general meeting on Sunday Feb. 1. Nominations should be sent to thepansyqueen@hotmail.com by the Sunday Jan. 11 deadline.

I am also seeking members interested in joining the nominating committee. If you’d like to play an active part in cultivating our alumnae chapter leaders, please email me by Sunday Jan. 4. The committee typically comprises individuals from various generations.
