Parking

There is a Green P parking lot directly behind the restaurant. From Bloor

Street, go North on Bedford Rd. then make a right into the parking lot (9 Bedford Rd. is

the address for the parking lot). There is an entrance directly into the hotel from the lot.

TTC

The Intercontinental Toronto Yorkville hotel is located on the North side of Bloor

Street between St. George and Bay subway stations. Either Exit at St. George station

and walk East or exit at Bay station and walk West.

AGM and Afternoon Tea

Please join us for afternoon high tea held at T-Buds. We will also be conducting our AGM this afternoon.

This event will include the company of your TriDelta sisters and Tri Psis moms and TriDelta Collegiate sisters. A selection of delectable tea sandwiches, scones, quiche, and petit fours will be served along with your own pot of a tea

Annual General Meeting and cocktail party

This year’s Annual General Meeting falls on the day of Mardi Gras and during Carnival, so please join us for our AGM and ‘Carnival’ themed party!

The event will be held on February 9th at 6pm at Vanessa LeBouthillier’s party room, located at 305 Roehampton Ave.

Dues-paying members of the Toronto Alumnae Chapter will be voting on the 2016-2018 Alumnae Chapter Executive Committee slate.

Please advise whether you plan to bring an appetizer, dessert or wine in the comments below.

Donations of gift cards, toiletries and lightly used toys and clothing for women and children will be collected for Juliette’s Place, homeward family shelter and we will be collecting for Adopt-A-New Member fund.

The building is one block East of Eglington station (at Yonge St.).

Please use Vanessa’s buzzer code #1104 at the entrance.

The party room is located on the first floor, at the end of the lobby entrance on the right hand side, right after the elevators.

Free street parking is available on Roehampton Ave. and Rawlinson Ave., the intersection where the building is located.

Visitor parking is also available at the building. Please check in at reception before parking.

Don’t forget to bring your beads, masks and any festive wear to the party!

September 30th, 2011 – Meet and Greet

On Friday September 30 2011, the alumnae executive invites you to a “Meet and Greet” night at the chapter house. Come out and meet the new members following recruitment! The event starts at 6:30 pm. Lights refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be provided along with games and activities to meet the collegians. It’s a great way to meet our new sisters 🙂

If you would like to contribute to the event, please bring a small wrapped item (ie $5 gift card, school supplies, a Tri Delta item) to be used in an activity to welcome the new members to Tri Delta.

Also, don’t miss out on the special early bird dues deal! You can pay just $50 at this event and that covers your dues for the YEAR, the dues increase to $60 after the October 15, 2011 deadline. Reminder we are also always collecting for Juliettes Place, feel free to bring any donations to this event as well.
