In the spirit of philanthropy, we will be collecting a minimum $5 donation to POGO from the attendees of this delicious event.
For the Summerlicious event, Toula is offering a pre-fixe, three course dinner for $35 (plus taxes and gratuity).

Appetizer. Your choice of:
P.E.I. fresh lobster tail wrapped with Prosciutto di Parma DOP, drizzled with 10 year balsamic vinegar reduction on a bed of aromatic arugula salad
jumbo black tiger shrimp lightly sautéed over saffron carnaroli champagne risotto cake, served with a citrus beurre blanc sauce
eggplant mozzarella di buffala tower, oven baked & finished with fresh tomato and basil sauce
seasonal medley of greens with crispy bacon, Treviso walnuts, toasted croutons in an apple vinaigrette emulsion, topped with a slice of parmigiano reggiano
in-house hickory smoked wild salmon with caramelized red onion, caper and berries, drizzled with lemon and extra virgin olive oil
“Toula Roma Salad”
heart of palm, fresh corn, avocado, endive and sliced asiago cheese drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and lemon & pink peppercorn
Cortina’s wild mushroom “Alessandro”
mushrooms lightly sautéed in rosemary and pinot grigio, on a bed of handmade polenta topped with castel magno cheese fondue

Triple A Beef Tenderloin Filet “Parmigiana Style”
AAA 8 oz beef tenderloin filet topped with parmigiano reggiano cheese, black ground pepper in an amarone reduction, served with sautéed rapini and roasted potatoes
Triple A Black Angus fresh marinated Striploin Steak “Tagliata Toscana”
served with tri-colour pepper corn sauce, grilled white asparagus and roasted potatoes
Linguine “San Marco”
with half fresh P.E.I. lobster in a lightly spiced roasted plum tomato sauce
Veal Medallion “Serrenisimma”
slowly cooked veal medallion with fresh herb and topped with sauvignon blanc fontina cheese fondue and sliced black truffle from Norcia, served with garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes
European Sea Bass “San Servolo”
pan seared, served with a lemon chive risotto and drizzled with a warm chardonnay sauce topped with shaved peccorino cheese
Tagliatelle “Romeo & Juliet”,
handmade tagliatelle pasta with Washington lamb ragu
Stone pressed “arturo” grilled Cornish Hen
stone pressed, mustard crusted grilled cornish hen, served with sautéed spinach alla milanese with raisins and pine nuts
Handmade spinach ricotta ravioli sautéed with butter sage and shaved parmigiano reggiano
