Afternoon Tea February 22nd at the Old Mill

Posted on

According to legend, one of Queen Victoria’s ladies-in-waiting, Anna Maria Stanhope known as the Duchess of Bedford, is credited as the creator of afternoon teatime. Because the noon meal had become skimpier, the Duchess suffered from “a sinking feeling” at about four o’clock in the afternoon.

You are invited to a delicious afternoon tea at the historic Old Mill, Sunday February 22nd at 3:15 pm. Invite your friends and family to join in the fun and meet some of your Tri Delta sisters. Cost of the tea, including all tax, fees and gratuity, is $40.

Space is limited so RSVP today by making your payment through the payment options on our website (www.torontotridelta.ca). Please specify your guests’ names, as well as any dietary restrictions, with your payment.
