In March 2012, The Center for Living, Learning & Leading launched Evergreen – A Delta Delta Delta Journey in Leadership. For one week, 10 Tri Delta collegiate members were given the opportunity to explore the landscape of Costa Rica while also engaging in their own self-exploration and leadership development.

Through daily workshops, participants receive instruction in leadership practices, principles and discovering solutions to leadership challenges – all while getting to know the people, culture and landscape of Costa Rica. Most importantly, this experience allows members to build a valuable network of Tri Delta leaders and immerse themselves in the Purpose of our organization. This year, we will be offering the Evergreen program twice, allowing us to provide more members with this life-changing opportunity. Participants can choose between two sessions: March 3-10 or March 10-17, 2013.
