This past convention (you can see pictures posted on this site) I had the opportunity to learn about an important intiative that Delta Delta Delta has unwritten. It’s called Reflections – it’s a body image program created by sorority women, for sorority women and what’s even better is that it is going beyond just that and is being share with universities.

It all starts with the following saying: “Friends don’t let friends fat talk” – it’s become one of my new mantras – I hope it will become one of yours.
